Custom Order Process

1.) Submission of Project Requirements
Clients may provide existing technical drawings, design references, or material specifications to initiate the process. If these are unavailable, our design team is available to assist in developing technical drawings and defining project parameters. Once the requirements are established, a formal quotation will be issued.

2.) Project Confirmation and Deposit
Commencement of any project requires a signed quotation, finalized design approval, and the settlement of an initial deposit. For modular cabinetry, a mandatory site inspection is required to verify field measurements and ensure accurate fabrication.

3.) Production Phase
Fabrication is executed strictly according to the approved designs and specifications. Any modifications requested after the signing of the quotation and design approval are subject to technical feasibility and may result in adjusted lead times or additional costs.

4.) Final Settlement and Dispatch
Full payment of the remaining balance is required prior to the release or delivery of the order. Clients are responsible for coordinating site-specific logistics, such as delivery permits, gate fees, or specialized handling requirements, to ensure efficient distribution.
